This last week, Sue Knaup, from America, met the leaders of Udruga Bicikl at the ECF AGM on Brijuni and followed them back
to Zagreb to discover their exciting victories for bicycling for Zagreb and Croatia. Sue had this to say,

advocacy organizations, I am stunned by the mastery of this organizations' leaders in understanding the bicycling politics, funding
